About the Tote Bag:
I am making this bag to bring more awareness to climate change. Climate change is a big problem in the world and though it is talked about it is not talked about enough. Our carbon footprint affects the world greatly and changing habits and everyday routines can help bring the world to a more eco friendly environment. The outside of the bag shows the beauty of the world, the way people who do not see the damages of climate change see the world. They do not recognize the damage we have done to the earth. The inside of the bag is the heart of the world and how it has been destroyed by climate change. It is an innuendo on how we do not see the damage on the outside but in the inside the damages are clear. And the inside will be covered in charcoal tassels and whenever something is put inside it will get a bit dirty and the longer you leave it in the worse it will become. People must act now and stop the affects of climate change which is why I hope that this tote bag will bring up a spark of action against our bad habits and bring us to a greener and better world.
